B&B security group is all about scamming people. I applied for a job that they posted on careerbuilder and was very surprised when I got a call for an interview that same day.

The lady I spoke with was very eager to get me to come in as soon as possible. She asked me if I had any previous experience and when I said no, she said that it was not a problem because they offered training but it was not free.

She said the job paid up to 22.50 an hour and that i needed to have certain training. Everything she said sounded pretty good. Since the training was not free she said I had to bring 80 dollars for training. She also said that once I finish the classes which would take three or four day I must be ready to work.

I went in for an interview the next day and I found the truth about this company. They have cold callers calling people and telling them the same thing that the lady told me. The 80 dollars is a deposit and they want you to pay for training that can vary for 300 to 1200 dollars.

They put you in training classes and when you are done they sent you on a wild goose chase for a job. I spoke to a few people that actually went through the whole training and came back to complaining and asking for a refund.

I saw people even start arguing because b&b security staff didn't want to hear what they had to say. This is a total scam!!

NEVER pay to gain employment

AUTHOR: Steve - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, January 13, 2012

Whenever you need to pay someone to hire you, IT IS A SCAM! This takes many forms - for example, there are a lot of "modeling agencies" that do this. Not only should you not have to pay an employer for training, a legit one will pay YOU the normal, starting salary while you are training; that is standard business practice.

I Believe People Have their own way going about explaining certain things to individuals . I have went to other security companies, ive got scammed plenty of times. I had almost every certificate u can think of because for some weird reason u always needed an xtra certificate. Anyhow i let a year and change go buy unemployed, freelancing within the marketing field but nothin steady. At one point i decided to start sending out my resume to see if i can get some permanent work. & of course security is always HiRING. However i recieved a phone call from someone within the company to come in for an interview, i explained to the lady after she explained what the job entailed to me that ive been thru this numerous times nd i refuse to spend xtra money. she was suprised tht i had every certificate , but she explained i needed an 8 hr annual which wud cost 139$ . so i took the chane nd went in for the interview, she told me the pay was from 10-22$ but there were different levels of security, locations , placement etc. This was the frst company ive been to tht actually explain the Actual process. others just told me what i wanted to hear to get my money. ive spent close to 2000 dollars on certifications alone within the past 2 yrs. & to be honest the frst time i ever got a  job was thru b&b , without even recieving the other certificates from them the placement officer placed me & im happy . i Started off with 19$p/h & so far so good . Ive never vouched for any security company , i cant speak for everyoone but i can speak for myself. & i thank them . Sometimes u have to invest to Gain in life. make sure its something that you want to do, if not dont waste your time. sometimes u have to go the xtra mile in life to finally get to where u wanna be . its rough but its Life !! ive been there, we all have !!
