B&B security Group This company is just stealing people's money... I gave an $80 on a class and I changed my mind about taking the class and was told that I couldn't get my money back... Total scam this company is. NYC, New York

I went into B&B security group for a so called "interview" ... I 1st spoke to a ms. Nichols over the phone and when I got into the office there was no ms. Nichols on sight instead I spoke with a ms Williams (no one uses 1st names in this place which should have been a sign that this is a scam) and she told me that two classes would cost $354 and that I had to leave A $80 deposit....

I asked her if I was guaranteed a job after taking the classes and she said we dont like to say guarantee because it sometimes makes people slack on the job but yes we do have contracts for jobs available right away. So I paid $80 and and was set up for a class about 4days later .... It turned out that I found another position and I showed up on the day of my scheduled class and said that I did not want to take the class can I have a refund...

They sat me in a room for about 30 minutes and then some completely unprofessional guy named mr. Cook that claims he is the supervisor of the entire office (meanwhile he has no phone or computer in his office) says that we cannot give you your $80 back and I said why not you cannot take someone's money for no services rendered I changed my mind I do not want to take the class and I have a right to change my mind and I should get my deposit back ....

He then went on to explain some nonsense he was making absolutely no sense and he finally said I have a form for you to fill out for a refund and I have to give it to my boss and after 7 days we decide if you will receive a refund.... I asked for his bosses name and number and he told me that he could not give me that information... I am now waiting on my refund decision which I'm sure I will probably never see.... These people need to be stopped now ... All I want is to get my $80 back and I will be done....
