Please save yourself the headache and order your products from a different company. PriveCo/Bachelorette.com do not deserve your business.
I ordered $70 worth of supplies for a bachelorette party I was planning on bachelorette.com. I placed my order a month before I needed the items, allowing ample time for everything to arrive via ground shipping. I was told that shipping would take approximately 6-10 business days; it's been almost four weeks and nothing has been received.
The customer service is a joke. If you call you are directed to leave a voicemail and they will EMAIL back. I've called, I've emailed, and I can't seem to get a response. They also state that they only have tracking numbers for Accelerated and Express Shipping, not for Ground, Priority, and International shipping orders. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't every package have a tracking number? Something is shady.
I doubt that I will ever receive a response from the company or the package that I ordered. I resorted to disputing the charge on my credit card.
I wish I found reports about them before I ordered - it would have saved a whole lot of effort and time in trying to do business with this pathetic excuse for a company.

Hi, This is Tom from PriveCo Inc.. I'm sorry to hear about your trouble and I can do everything possible to fix it.
I apologize that we don't have 24 hours customer service, but our company isn't large enough. We do have someone here from 9-5 Monday through friday to answer the phones. I apologize if this isn't enough. Even though we are the largest company in the bachelorette party business, we just aren't that big.
In fact, other websites in our industry don't even list a phone number at all, they only offer contact via e-mail. So, we are a step ahead of our competitors in this regard.
I'm not exactly sure why your order didn't arrive, but of the 2,000 or so packages we send out each week, we do get a fair number back because the address was either incorrect, missing an apartment number, or didn't include the business name. I'm not saying this was exactly the problem with your order, but I can say that it happens a lot.
