Bachelorette.com Priveco SCAM YOU WON'T RECEIVE PRODUCTS IN TIME Troy, Internet

This is the worst company to deal with. I know the owner of the company comes on these message boards and apologizes to everyone here, but I'm not here for an apology I just want people to know about my story and to learn from it, and NEVER use this site.

My friend's bachelorette party was two weeks away, and I searched the Internet for fun games and other bachelorette goodies the best stuff I found was at bachelorette.com I can't lie.

But I should've known it was too good to be true that their expedited shipping wasn't that expensive, and their items were cheap, too. But I ordered, paid for rushed shipping, and was given an expected date.

That date came and went.

I tried calling the company to which the voicemail said they would NOT call me back they would only e-mail me back. I never got an e-mail.

I then e-mailed them myself, and no one responded.
The owner would blame this on lack of staff, but I'm pretty sure NO ONE at your company responds to e-mails or phone calls, so please don't write that here.

Your customer service is terrible and you wouldn't have to have someone working the phones if you just shipped the items when you said they would.

Anyway I found other complaints similar to mine after searching the Internet, so then I called my credit card company and filed a fraud case against Priveco (who owns Bachelorette.com).

The credit card refunded my money I have no idea what happened with Bachelorette.com all I cared about was that I got my money back.

I then went to Spencers and bought the things that I needed for the party, and had a great time.

Of course, the day AFTER the bachelorette party, I received my shipment from Bachelorette.com.

I have no idea if all of my items were even in the box I never opened it. I didn't care enough I returned it to bachelorette.com because I already had my money back and I didn't want them to come back at me saying I kept the merchandise.

My advice? Please don't use this site you'll regret it.
