backpage backpage won't allow me to use my credits Internet

backpage has a section where you can pay for advertising a buisiness or pay to be able to move your ads to the top of other ads for a cost. You add a credit card with them and can pay in lump sums in advance. I paid in one lump sum and was given credits to use, but when it came time to use up my credits it shows me that I have credits yet prompts me to add a credit card and won't let me use my credits. I have contacted them on two separate occasions telling them I don't want to add a credit card, I only want to use up my credits, yet nobody responds to me. See Photo.
