I bought a Bad Boy mower in April, after 15 hours a bearing came out and tore the pulley up. I called the place I bought it at. They wanted to charge me $50 to pick it up and deliver. Why should I have to pay anything if it is the manufacturer's fault? Warrenties evadentally only cover parts and labor. It should cover it all. I remember when something was under warrenty and it broke down, it was picked up, fixed, and returned. You owed nothing. You can just about fix it yourself cheaper. Warrenties should cover pick-up and delivery too.
