You download trial versions of game cheats for pogo.com. When the trial is over you then buy the game cheat. Each game is $10 but for ALL games its $150. Most pay via PAY PAL. You are then told you will get a email within 24 hours with your codes. Four weeks go by and this email never shows. You then write them, over and over and over, yet they never reply. You ask them where are my codes? where is my money then? But they just dont reply! Then you may get hostile towards them in a email so they write back with these words "You are banned" So you think, banned from what?
So you reply to the ONLY email that they ever sent but it gets a return from the post master saying that you are unable to send a email to this person as they have blocked you. Hence the YOUR BANNED. So your $150 out of pocket, no way to contact them and you never get your money back or your codes.

i contacted the bbb on them you should do the same explain your prolem on what happened they will get back to u they ripped me off too so i feel your fustration on badgehelp they are nothing but a big rip off
