Bahamas Celebration Caribbean Cruse Line No Refund for Cancelled Tours Fort Laudersdale Florida

Bahama's Celebration Staff announces cruisers must book tour prior to disembarking from ship. Lie # 1. Later we learned that all tours can be and should be booked and paid for on the Island at the time the tour departs. We booked a Snorkle and Sailing Tour on Grand Lucayan through Bahama's Celebration. The Sailing and Snorkle Tour cancelled due to weather. Upon return to ship, we advised Grand Bahama's that tour was cancelled and presented our cancelled voucher. We were told that our credit card would be credited. Lie # 2. After we returned home, we audited our charges and found that we had not been credited. We phoned Bahama's Celebration. Bahama's Celebration then told us it would take 90 days to process credit. Lie #3. We waited 90 days, never received a credit. When we went to American Express to ask them to claim back the fraudently inappropriated funds, we were told it was to late, to much time had passed.

They played us like a fiddle.
