We hired Baileys Moving & Storage at 400 North 700 West in North Salt Lake City, UT. 84054 to move us out of state. While I was out of state the sales rep changed the contract and disregarded what I had setup, to take advantage of my elderly wife. Dont use them if you want to see your precious items again. We were lied to by the sales rep and he told us we had the insurance coverage when he didnt add it. He told us one contracted price and lied about that. The new price was an additional $2,500.00. They stole a queen size four post bed frame, how could you lose something that big? To add further insult to injury the manger and staff ignore our calls for help and resolution. Never use this company for your moving or storing your possessions.
