Ballys Total Fitness Breach of contract Norwalk California

I signed a contract with Bally Total Fitness on November 11, 2005. I was promised excellent service and I have not been provided with such. I wrote a letter about inappropriate sexual behavior that was going on inthe mens locker room whil I was present. This is not appropriate behavior for a workout facility and I want out of my contract. I refuse to go back again and I will go to the proper authorities if I am not released form my contract. I wrote to Ballys and they are refusing to respond. My next step is an attorney
