BALSAM HILL POOR QUALITY TREES, DEFECTIVE LIGHTS & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Internet, California

Balsam Hill is one of these internet retailers that takes your money and couldn;t care less afterwards. Having spent around $2000 on a 12" tree from this company it was defective from the start. Whole light sections would fail. Customer service was of no help. Full of excuses and empty promises. Now I have a tree, one year old, that has 2000 out of the 4000 lights that do not work. Balsam Hill does not care. There are hundreds of complaints out there about Balsam Hill. Even the BBB has more than 50 complaints logged just recently. Balsam Hill should be avoided at all cost. Buy your Christmas tree from anyone but this company. Their warranties are useless. Their 'sale' prices are simply fake. The only thing keeping them afloat is some fancy marketing and P.R. which the public are beginning to see right through. I don't see this company lasting much longer.
