Banana Republic has ignored our address change request for several months despite repeated requests. I know they have our address because I have verified it by phone. We have not received any invoice from them via mail for several months. I have written two letters of complaint and have received NO RESPONSE from them. I mailed them a certified, return-receipt letter with another request for an address change, a reversal of late fees, and an explanation of why we are no longer receiving statements and have received NO REPLY WHATSOEVER (although the return-receipt was received indicating that they did receive my letter). I also gave them my email address and they have not responded to that either. NEVER do business with BANANA REPUBLIC again. I will never set foot in a Banana Republic store again--ever.
