Bank Of America Fraud , Internet

I made a payment to Bank Of America Card Services. They are telling me that the payment was not recieved. The payment was posted to my online account with a conformation number. The payment was also drafted out of my checking acount. They are insisting that I did not make the payment. They are charging me a late payment fee plus the poayment I made was not deducted from my balance. I spent over an hour on the phone and was transfered six times. I made the payment on time. I have the conformation number along with print outs from them and my bank. How do I fight this eviel intinty.
