Bank Of America repossesed vehicle Miami Florida

Bank of America screwed us up big time because of their new bill paying system. I am aware that they are deducting my payments that I have done but don't arrive to CitiFinancial Auto. I have proof of the checks have been sent & cashed by the destination person but after a week or so I see that my destination payment was declined. My car was repossessed because of them. I have my checks and on the back of each of them show that they have been cashed by Citifinancial Auto. The funny part of this is that the numbers on the back of each check are the same. Also, the dates on the front of three checks are wrong.
