Bank Of America "Add it up" program that offers cash back its a SCAM!!! Riverside Nationwide

Hello, Bank of America came out with a new program that gives you cash back its call "Add it up". What it does is that you go to their add it up website, and it gives you a bunch of internet websites stores like bestbuy.com, gnc.com, dell.com, ect. Every time you buy something following their link they give 2-20% cash back of the total you purchase order you made. Well they DONT!!!

I had made several purchase and they award the cash back, I had made two purchases from gnc.com, and one from dell.com, and nothing. Their website states that I should wait at least 1 month to report a missing purchase. So I did, after a month, 05-28-09, I call them and explain them the situation. Representative was very helpful, she said that on her system she sees all my clicks and purchases I made but somehow the cash back wasn't been awarded and told me she had made a claim/report and they are going to investigate my "rare" case, and I should call in 10 days again and I should by that time at least see my orders on the "pending cash back" place. ~10 days passed, 06-10-09, I called them, and I they said was they were still investigating the case and there was nothing also to do but wait another 10 days. 06-22-09, I called them again, same response about they still investigating the case and to wait another 10 days. 07-02-09 I call them again, explain everything again, and they told me they were going to re-submit all the info again and escalate the claim to the highest priority, They told me that in less that 10 day I should for sure see my orders on the pending status, 07-09-09 I still dont see NOTHING!!!

I made a little research and it seems I'm not alone, here is another complain, same thing but this person has waited 6 MONTHS and still nothing. (((Redacted)))Dont purchase anything by their add it up webiste until this gets resolve please. I dont want you with the same situtation!!!
