Today, I was trying to use my debit card and realized the transaction has been declined, so I contacted Bank of America and was told that my account will be closed. Or is in the process of closing my account. They wouldn't give any reason and told me it cant be reversed. So now I'm really worried as I have refund coming to my debit card. Will the refund be posted to my account ? Will they send my money via cashiers check or I can pick it up at branch? I only use my checking and my savings for personal use.

You just can't trust bank of america. They just want to take your home that is their intentions when they bought the loan from country wide. They kepted asking for 2 years for me to keep sending them document after document even though I sent them, everything that they requested for the loan modification. Bankruptcy will keep bank of america in line and they can't do what they want.
Its because they refuse to be ethical and fair and not updating your credit report with the payments that you have made, or they will frustrate you to death when they mail you letters with them stating, that you're not holding up your end of the bargin about making payment arrangements. Even though you have bank statements to show all the payments that you have made, bank of a,eroca will still send your account to the foreclosing deparment.
Bank of america will still wait until your loan gets in their foreclosing department,
