Very attractive pitch to lure new agents. 

Training was nearly non-existent - mostly you had to figure out their proprietary software on your own. 

There was much yelling at any given time about any given subject, including foul language. 

Free "Leads" were months to years old.  High expectations for number of calls to produce appointments to produce sales. Lots of calls, few appointments, fewer sales.
