BAOTech DOES NOT PAY Their Consultants and has a Tax Levy freezing their accounts Plainview New York

I have been dealing with the above individuals.

I did some consulting for them in 2006 & 2007 for $9,000. The consulting was at Audiovox Corporation for a Serena TeamTrack Project. The project ended with the clients accepting all the deliverables.

Initially they told me that the client did not pay them. And then when I started threatening them with legal action they said they will pay me in full. This was in the end of 2007.

When I did not recieve the check they claimed that they got the address wrong. They said that they needed to cancel the new check to issue a new one. And in March 2008 they informed me that they have Tax Levy and cannot pay me anymore.

I dont think they sent me any payments in the first place and they are using these dirty tactics to delay and then avoid paying consultants. They are no longer returning my calls and I believe my only course of action is to take legal action.

I am sorry others had a similar experience. I am also glad someone informed the IRS regarding their scams.

I am very much interested in pursuing legal action against them along with others.
