Bare Minerals Very Slow To Refund Money Returned Product for Full Refund, Still Waiting for the Refund. Groveport Ohio

I received my Bare Minerals product on March 01, 2008. I didn't like the product and returned it on March 01, 2008 for money back refund. Product was returned by USPS.

I waited 2 weeks for refund to be credited back to my checking account,(used a debit card for the purchase). The refund credit never showed up in my account.

I called Bare Minerals to check on the status of the refund and was told they had receive the product and I would be issued a refund and that the refund should show up in my checking account by mid April.

I called during the 3rd week of April and was told once again I would be receiving the refund within the next 2 weeks.

Here it is May 03, 2008 and I still have not received my refund from Bare Minerals.

Bare Minerals was very fast about taking my money to purchase the product, too bad they aren't as fast at refunding it.
