Ebay seller Bargainland-Liquidation , would have to one of the biggest thieves on Ebay. Hiding behind a "Buyer Beware" warning, they then state the "What you see pictured , is what you will get". They LIE.
Countless buyers find that goods are nothing like the picture, is broken, missing bits, or just missing.
Bargainland-Liquidation will take your money and then claim non-payment. They will not reply to emails and should you object with negative feedback, they will do likewise to you as retribution.
EBAY will not take action against them.
PAYPAL will not assist in gaining any refund.
I won two items and asked for a total price, which was given. The money was immediately paid via PAYPAL, and since then, despite being given full payment details and proof of payment, they insist that I pay again.
They SPAM me each day with reminders. Read their feedback to confirm what they do to EBAY buyers. They reply to feedback "We are trying to improve". "Buyer Beware" is totally inadequate when it comes to this shonky Ebay Seller.

#2 Consumer Suggestion
Use Ebay's Tools to Protect Yourself
AUTHOR: Bob - (U.S.A.)

When you consider an ebay purchase, there are several ways to protect yourself.
1. Read the feedbacks that are negative or neutral. Is there a pattern of common problems? If so, avoid this seller.
2. Only pay by Paypal funded by a credit card. If you don't get your item or it's not as described, file with Paypal within 45 days. If Paypal can't help, file with your credit card company for a chargeback.
3. NEVER pay with existing Paypal funds, debit card, money order, or check. You have much less leverage.
4. Watch for the Paypal buyer protection symbol in the right part of the listing. Paypal will refund if you're judged right even if seller has no money in their Paypal account.
5. NEVER, NEVER use Western Union to pay. Sure sign of a ripoff.
6. Read the auction thoroughly. If the items are listed as "as is" or "untested" with no refund policy, only bid on them if the item will be useful for parts if it fails to work. Many liquidators deal in store returns they buy in bulk, and some items were returned for defects.
There are tools on ebay to protect you. You greatly reduce your chances of fraud by using them.

I love this company

I love Bargainland Liquidation on ebay. Yes, there are times I have not gotten an item I bid on, but they have always refunded my money. They sell all their items as is. To me its part of the fun. I get items valued 200.00 USD + for pennies on the dollar value. I take the chance. Since they sell their items as is where is, its my chance to take. If you dont get the item, they give your money back before the rest of your items even get to your house.
