BARGAINLAND LIQUIDATION Bargainland Owner Paul St. James made millions through FRAUD Memphis, Tennessee

Fairly won a bid that cost me $3,500 for a new item.  This was a hard decision for me as I do not make much money but it was to help make my home more energy efficient. The payment process was suspicious as it would not allow me to select "insurance" (not available).  Waited weeks to discover they did not package the fragile items and it arrived all broken to the local UPS office. UPS refused to take it as it was improperly sealed/packaged and sent it back. UPS informed me of this, not Bargainland/Bidtopia. Contacted the company customer support and they blamed UPS even though they never participated in the delivery. Bargainland's customer support said "they were not responsible as I did not pay for insurance". I informed them that there were no insurance options which was documented on my receipts. To brush me off from calling them, they said I would get my refund.  NEVER RECEIVED IT.  For 2 yrs. I have been trying to get my money back - Attorney General offices are not able to help because Bargainland won't return their calls or letters so they close the claim!!  The company knew they could get away with it and have been doing this FRAUDULENT SERVICES for years and getting away with it.  Pls. contact me if you can help me sue them. They have caused me a lot of my time, grief and money.
