I have used Aaron Andrada with Baxter Bailer for multiple years for collecting unpaid broker invoices. Just now realized that they are crooks! Once again, I hired Aaron to collect an invoice for Connection Logisitics for $6200. The company was not out of business yet, and the bond was active as well. Per Aaron the fee was supposed to be 15%. It took them couple months to collect it, ( one thing that bothers me, they dont tell you if its collected or not, you have to always follow up) once it gets collected they hold it for couple weeks for some reason. I Asked him again on what my fee is going to be and he confirmed that it will be 15% even after the fact it got collected. Finally i got the payment from them, and the charge was 50% instead of 15%. I reached out to Aaron, thought this was a mistake, and he told me it was collected from a third party and therefore the charge is 50%. Are you serious? DO NOT USE BAXTER BAILEY. Give me money back!!!
