Baxter Bailey & Associates High pressure sales backed up by ineffective and lazy collections Southhaven Mississippi

Baxter Bailey, the MS collection agency is a high profile company dedicated to collecting trucker wages and keeping it.  They have a high pressure sales staff that bugs the owner operator or carrier into using their service.  I eventually had a broker, Choptank, that provided lousy brokering services then deducted nearly $700 from what they were contracted to pay.  I couldn't get them to pay up.  So, I put Baxter Bailey Assoc to work, completing their contract which would have allowed them to keep 50% of what was collected.  A collection's person called me for some details, although I had sent in every scrap of ridiculous e-mail messages and contracted paperwork.  Meanwhile, the sales staff called me to see if I had any more bills to collect.  But, Baxter Bailey never contacted me about the results of their work.  I have to assume that they either were too lazy to follow suit on collecting from Choptank (who may also be one of their customers), or that they kept whatever money Choptank paid out.
