Bay Area Business Council ripoff tricked and lied to us fraudulent ripoff business Sunrise Florida

Received a call from this company re: Credit repair.
Only have pay $229.00 and also a vacation package. Had asked them several times is this was a actual credit card and they said yes.
Received their package and it was for vacations and would have to put out more money.
They did listen to my call back regarding that they misrepresented themselves (verified by my taped recording) and offered to return my money if I sent the package back, which I did approximately 3 weeks ago.
Called today to check on my refund status. Their phone message stated they were no longer in business and referred me to there web site: www.bayareabusinesscouncil.com. I did and it would not come up. Did a search for them and found this website. I am presuming I have lost my money. No more for me.
