Hi Im a single working mom of three, and someone from BABC called me and i was interested in what she had to offer. Later down the line to make a long story short, I gave her at the end of the conversation my bank information. BABC had gave my account number to another business a long distance phone company( e-phone ) and they took money out of my account. They also took money continuously out of my account for about three months, Making it a total of almost 400.00 dollars, and im pisted because i never got i back. Please can someone get me some kind of information on how do i get my money back. The numbers not working and you can't get in contact with them at all.

I am very sorry to hear about your awful experience with BABC(Bay area Business Council). I was also a VICTIM of this rogue company. File a compaint immediately with the Federal Trade Commission(www.ftc.gov), the Attorney General's office in the state where the company's main office is located, Federal Bureau of Investigations(www.ftc.gov)and finally obtain an Attorney and file a lawsuit in FEDERAL COURT, if you have to.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THEY HAVE NO LEGAL JURISDICTION. At the time I was ripped off by this company, the President and owner was Mr. Peter Porceli Jr.(One of the coldest white collar criminals on the face of earth). Direct all your complaints to the owner of this crooked business. Mr. Porceli, you belong in FEDERAL PRISON!
