BAY VIEW LAW GROUP Misleading to the point of no return!!! Frisco, Texas

I to am a victum of Bay View Law Group. Just got off the phone with them for the 4th time. The gal first tried to tell me that all the fee's are explained in the contract, I said yep except that it doesn't cover the part in which you guy's don't do anything until the accounts are charged off to third party!

So I proceeded to tell her that, that would be a breech of contract and that I still want my money refunded. She said that you did get your money. I said not talking about the savings account, I mean from you guy's, ( Bay View). She tried to tell me that I needed to send in another request stating that's exactly what I wanted, said nope it's all there in the first letter so give me my money back. Then she proceeded to tell she had to send over another request and that's when I couldn't take it anymore, BLEW UUUUUP!!!!!

So in a nut shell stay far away from this company, they will lie to you till your blue in the face. And the poor fellow from Kentucky, if I wouldn't taken things into my own hands, I'd be in the same boat. I just don't understand how they can be so heartless knowing that there destroying peoples lives. I will be calling back on Friday and I will get an answer from this secret person she's talking to when I get put on hold. Bay View may you burn in hell for what you are doing!
