I have been a customer of Bayquest for exactly 1 year and they have erroneously disabled my ignition for the 3rd time. Of course it happens on a Friday so you're stranded and not able to reach anyone for three days or more. Not only are they getting away with charging a rediculous amount of interest but they take complete advantage of people that are trying to get back on their feet and establish credit again.

I'm so frustrated I'm ready for them to just come and get the car. Their customer service stinks!!!

How do they disable your ignition? Is it done by On-Star or a similiar provider? Why not just discontinue/cancel their service. Also, a mechanic would know of another way to disconnect them.
