BCTI Did not tell the truth about the learning center. Resulting in outrages fees thru out my life. Lacey Washington

I attended BCTI and graduated in 1993 in Lacey Wa.  I was coming home with my baby from a food bank and was stopped by someone with a flyer, with lots of promises.  Needless to say, I attended the courses and finished, all the while wondering what I had learned.  I have thru out the yrs been hounded for payment, I am disabled now, and  they had put a lien on my check, till the an incredible amount of money including late fines finally paid it off 20 yrs later.  I did not learn anything from this supossed school, but lots of promises.  I believe they took in people what were obviously in a hardship.  I believe they preyed on people when they would see us, me for instance leaving a food bank with my baby in a stroller.
