BCTI ADULT CONTINUING EDUCATION BEAVERTON, Oregon

I am interested in joining the new class action suit against BCTI. I am still being billed for my schooling even though it has never been of any advantage to me. I cannot apply for any more student aid until this loan is dealt with and I cannot afford to repay it, and probably never will be able to until I am able to further my education. As it stands right now, I am between the proverbial 'rock and a hard place'. I do not know how to go about getting this outrageous debt off my record. Junius, Gervais, OR.

I also am interest in getting involved with a new class action lawsuit. just like you I also have a big debt to payoff for going there. I am pretty disappointed that I was never inform about the first lawsuit. From what I have read all students that attended should have been notified. Ive been doing a lot of research and trying to find former students that in my same boat. It's unfair and since the school closed down for bein frauds, I really believe all our loans should be forgiven and any money we paid should be refunded. The US Department of Education should be suing the owners of that crappy school for the money.
