Beware JobSeekers! Search this site for more info. I tried my best to find out as much as I could about this company before agreeing to the position of "Scout". I was concerned about what the end result was for the families I was out trying to convince to come to their 'screentest'.

After a day of handing out invitations, I ran into a lady who had gone thru the 'agency' before. I cannot find anyone who was placed into any of the jobs they are promising 'background, extras, non-union', but this lady said that when she got in front of a 'talent agent' she was asked to pay up to $5000 in fees so her son could get work. I am just trying to make a living like everyone else, but I truly believed that this was a legitimate path for these kids to get some work-unforetuneately it doesn't look like it.

There is also strong evidence that the 'scouts' don't actually get paid. I'm not sticking around to find out. I'm sure my 'families' will mysteriously not get credited to me, as I have left the company.

Please be aware that most of the scouts are unaware of the end result, there is a high turnover, and they are lied to as well...As to paid training, only if you bring in 15 families in the first weekend, and $30 an hour is paid if they offer to let you help at the 'screentest'.
