Be Productions We were dumb enough to sign too Emeryville California

Well, at least we know we're not alone. We were promised that our daughter would be on the shows "Kid's Unlimited" and "Say What". We were promised that classes would be offered in our area of Northern California. Basically, once they took our money for the "Superstar" package, they stopped calling or returning e-mails. Domingo was our talent director and is no longer with Be.

Apparently, they have shut down all offices except the Tarzana office in LA. They don't return any contacts. The fact of the matter is that our daughter was signed by an agent with no contribution or help from Be.

To anyone that is looking at signing with this company, take my advice... enroll your child in acting, singing or modeling classes yourself. Despite what Be says, their classes are not at a "significant" discount. If your child enjoys it, send headshots to agencies and read some books on the industry.

They get you in for a screen test, make all sorts of promises take LOTS of money and then disappear.
