Beachbody.com ripoff Torrance California

BUYER BEWARE---BEACH BODY.COM!!

Company over charged my account, refuses to authorize return item after advising all matters would be resolved.
I received an e-mail from Beachbody.com advertising a 30 day supply to try their supplements for only $9.00, plus s/h, subsequent orders were to be ONLY $24.95, plus s/h. To date, I have been charged 3 times for one order, $29.90 & $24.95 twice for a total of $79.80. I have the order confirmation information to verify the $ amount of the subsequent orders, company would not even take the time to review.

Also, after receiving auhorization to return the 2nd order, the company refuses to credit my account the correct amounts. They have only credited $9.00 which is the trial order & not the actual order returned to the company. They are unreasonable and will not honor their prior agreements!

I have disputed these charges TO NO AVAIL!!!
