I purchased my vouchers in 2004 expecting a vacation, to find they could not book my dates, and I rescheduled for 2005, to find they would only book if I upgraded to a different place. My husband and I paid for 6 persons, the deposit plus added funds, now to find out we cannot locate any one. The person I was communicating with was Patricia Anderson. I had purchased these off of EBAY from J. Merrill, and plan to follow up with him on a full refund, since he was promoting this scam.

I will gladly join any action consisting of class action, and even help with seeking representation.
