We purchased a voucher on eBay for a vaction to Ireland. We followed all of the directions and sent in a deposit and travel dates as requested. This occurred in April and we hoped to be in Ireland in October we have sent several unanswered emails and have attempted to get a telephone number without success. We are disappointed that people out there just like to rip others off.

All deposits were sent in April and we have a VERIFICATION VIA EMAIL OF THIS from Bear Country We were even issued a customer number to facilate our plANS. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY TRAVEL PLANS SENT TO US BY THIS COMPANY. JUST ALOT OF EXCUSES So and so is no longer with us We never ever requested a trip to Orlando we bought the voucher for Ireland. We have family in Orlando and would not need to pay for a trip there. I seriously believe they have their customers mixed up.

Customer did not provide the $60.00 per person deposit. Customer was issued a itinerary July 11,2004 for September 16th, 2004 date. Customer declined the itinerary. Also customer requested Orlando, not Ireland. No unanswered emails from this customer. So Sheri, we are waiting for new dates for the file as told to you already.
