Beau Derma/ Revita Eye Bait and Switch routine is still alive Savannah Georgia

I saw an ad on late night television offering free trial of Beau Derma Anti Wrinkle Face Serum and Revita Eye Skin Rejuvunation for the cost of shiping. It stated it was a 30 day supply.

When you got on line to sign up for order it stated after trial period they would automatically send you a new shipment every 30 days if you did not cancel your account.

I received the 1st shipment of each product on 2/19 and started using the products the next day. On March 15 I was paying my bills and noted on my credit card online statement the 2 charges for shipping (1) on 2/19/15 for $4.95 and (1) for $5.95. Then further down there was a charge on 3/4/15 for $85.95 from RevitaEye and on 3/5/15 for $89.95 from Beau Derma.

Monday morning I called both companies (which show 1 address for both) and talked to Denise @ Beau Derma and Boshan (not sure name spelled correctly) @ Revita Eye to tell them I had been charged for what I thought was a new shipment coming only 14 days after I had received the original shipment and that I was calling to cancel the accounts. I stated the products did produce any improvement in my skin and that I wanted to cancel and where would I return the new shipment they had billed me for when I received it.

At this point they both went into a canned statement about the trial period is for 14 days and because I did not call and cancel they had charged me for the shipment and I was now signed up for monthly shipments of their product. I still thought Denise was talking about a 2nd shipment (she was the first company I contacted) and told her I did not want it and would send it back unopened if she could provide me with the return address. At this point she clarified her statement and informed me it was the first free trial shipment I was being billed for because I did not cancel within 14 days.

When I stated my disatisfaction of their making it sound like it was a free trial and then I was being charged for it, both Denise from Beau Derma and Boshan from RevitaEye stated that due to my confusion on the terms of the trial the were going to immediately cancel my account and credit back my credit card 30% of the amounts charged. So my "free trial" has cost me  $89.95 - $26.99= $62.96  and $85.95 - $25.79= $60.17  for a total of $123.13.

Multiply that by how many orders they have received and have processed after 14 days!
