Major scam.

Their business practices are nothing short of a credit card fraud.

Fine print with very relevant and important information is hidden, not up front or obvious, therefore easy to miss.

This Company does not even provide a legitimate mailing address. Contact is via email or phone exclusively.

They charged me $180 in one month (01/05 &01/31.2015). Aside from the initial trial I have never received any further product(s). If I would have received another order, I would have cancelled immediately, realizing the scam...

I have just learned of this a few days ago, when my account was charged a strange amount I didnt recognize. I called my bank and they said that it is the second time! Somehow I totally missed the first charge at the beginning of the year (I had lots of bills, so I didnt see their charge) Thus, I went on their website and started "digging", and there, I found it. At the bottom of their page listed under Terms & Conditions, there is a fine print stating the 14 day trial conditions, as well, as the fact that I would be automatically entered into a re-order and charged 89.95/mth, every month, indefinitely, or until I cancell. Well, I did not realize any of this (yes, dumb of me), also, I didnt see the first major charge, and now, when I suddenly realized the lack of funds on my account I've found what had happened. When I called to have this phony membership cancelled and asked for my money back, not only did they refuse (!) but on top of that, they mentioned kindly waiving some "cancellation fee which is not even listed in their Terms & Conditions.                                                                                                                                                  Most importantly, they refuse to refund my money... I agreed with the first charge, since it was my incompetence, but I feel that I should get all of the money they charged me for a second time. Instead, they are giving me a curtesy (as they called it) of 30% discount on my "second order" (which again, I never received anything other than the initial "trial" back in December), therefore ,giving me a "refund" of $26.25 (out of 89.95x2!!!).

I am disgusted and will continue to try to get my money back. BUT! BEWARE! Stay Away from this Comapny!
