LabGenix Beaute MD BeauteMD scams again! I wish I had read the scam notices before I La Jolla California

I found  BeauteMD on Women's Freebies website under free samples ($2.95 s & h).  I didn't get the product for over a week, tried it,thought it was ok but needed to use it for a while to see if it helped.  

When I received my online bank statement I had two charges for $87.50.  When I called the only number I could find the rep said she would cancel my account but I needed to call back when I received the second shipment.  When I called back that rep said when I returned the shipment they would issue a refund of $87.50 minus $9.95 s & h.  No refund of the $87.50 and the $2.95 I spent for the "free sample."

I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told they were busy and couldn't go against the policy.  I said I would hold and was told the calls had a time limit and to try calling later.  I found no other phone number and no email address.

Please help get the word out about the scammers at LabGenix, BeauteMD.
