Beware of any ads related to Beaute MD and/or LabGenix. The whole thing is a total rip off. They lure you in with a free 14 day trial with just shipping charges but when you go to cancel you will find it absolutely impossible to get through to their phone lines. I called for three days straight and held for hours at a time and couldn't get through on any of the extensions. They do not even answer their sales phone lines! So there is no way to cancel the order. They say to leave a message and your call will be returned but that never happens.
I finally put the charges in dispute with my bank (after doing some online research which showed BeauteMD & LabGenix as being a total scam operation) since I used a debit card. Then I cancelled my debit card to avoid any future charges being made by that company. BeauteMD gives no return mailing address on their website and no alternative method of reaching them such as email. They have truly got this scam down to a science. I found the product greasy and that it didn't do anything close to the claims that were made. Don't waste your money. You get a much better value with Oil of Olay or Neutrogena than with this over priced junk. I wish I researched this product before I ever signed up for the trial. It would have saved me many headaches.

i did the same, and 6 months later they are calling with a fee to stop it from going to collection, how many people out there are going through this now, to me this is a form of harrasment, they didnt get the 89.00 dollars, so now they are threatening by collections and a fee of 25 dollars, i didnt fall for that either, i think they just wanted a new credit card, and i feel if i send the 25 i am acknowledgeing i was wrong, no way
