BeauteMD AKA: LabGenixAKA:DermaPerfect SCAM beware of these companies and their FREE offers. LaJolla Internet

SCAM thats what this is!  Talk about misrepresentation.  I ordered products from these companies, BeauteMD & DermaPerfect based on an advertising that stated FREE trial!  I believed that these were these companies promotions to have consumers try their products at a reduced rate.  Low and behold I received charges on my credit card in the amounts of $99.96 from DermaPerfect and  $87.50 from BeauteMD.  When I called the contact numbers for those charges I was told that there wasn't anything they could do as they were a third party company (LabGenix) and they could only enforce the policies of the companies they represented.  I was told that the information about these charges were listed in a disclaimer. That stated you had a 30 day time frame to evaluate the product and then call to cancel any further orders or be charged these fees.  I didn't even get my credit card statement for 41 days after my order so" too late form me to do anything about it".  My question is why wasn't this disclaimer listed where the FREE information is listed or as many times, as well as when you complete your transaction and print your order confirmation.  Nothing is made clear about these charges the only thing that is stressed is FREE.  My order confirmation states that I'm being charged $2.95 for BeauteMD an $6.95 for DermaPerfect only.  SCAM, FRAUD or misleading advertising ?  Either way be warned, I sure will be in the future.
