Beauty & Truth Changed their free offer to "trial", trying to charge me more, Troy Michigan

I ordered a "free trial" of Wrinkle Rewind from Beauty & Truth, received the package, and was charged the $3.95 for shipping, as stated in the offer.  The offer also stated that you could cancel within 15 days of ordering, or they would continue to send a monthly jar of cream, and charge accordingly.  I cancelled within that time period on the phone - an automated message that told me that I could return the unused portion for $40.  I tried to get through to a person - 3 times - , but was told that "the lines were very busy" due to a typhoon somewhere.  I sent 3 emails, finally getting a response that said I could keep the cream for $19.95.  I sure feel stupid falling for a scam like this.  I went online and found many other complaints like mine.
