Beauty & Truth spoke with 2 reps re fraudelant charges for submitted to my credit card for 2nd new order of Erase/RepairHA and Renewing Serum CE while I was still in "trial 30 period" St. Louis Nationwide

Truth & Beauty practices illegal activities during one's 30 Day trial period of their products..my trial 30 day supply

ofErase/repair HA and Renewing Serum CE ( #8444287290 0911 and 8444186386 0911).. Company shipped on 3/15/16 and

prematurely  charged my credit card on 3/28/16 for a next order...only 13 days after they shipped my trial pkg. I am

extremely livid and insist on being part of a Class Action lawsuit against Beauty and Truth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the new charges were $98.71 and$88.49 plus $2.76 for foreign ATM or POS, stating only half of credit for nonordered

product to be credited in 5-10 bsns days andother half credited after they receive my initial procuct offer back and then in

another5-10 bsns days... thereffore not removing total charges for at least a month or more!!!!! outrageous bsns practice!!!

 Beauty & Truth spoke with 2 reps re fraudelant charges for submitted to my credit card for 2nd new order of Erase/RepairHA and Renewing Serum CE while I was still in "trial 30 period" order shipped from company on 3/14/16 These new charges were $98.71, $88.49 +$2.76 for foreign atm or pos feea posted to my acct on 3/28/16, just 2 wks from company shipping product samples to me...THIS IS ILLEGAL AND FRAUDELANT ACTIVITY AND WOULD LIKE TO BE PART OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST BEAUTY & TRUTH..ALSO THEY WILLCANCEL NEW SHIPMENT AND ONLY CREDIT MY ACCOUNT 1/2 OF CHARGES WITHIN 5-10 BSNS DAYS AND WHEN THEY RECEIVE MY TRIAL ORDER RETURN AND WAIT ANOTHER 5-10 BSNS DAYS TO ISSUE OTHER 1/2 OF REMAINING MONIES OWED TO ME ..THIS ISSUE REALLY NEEDS TO BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW
