BeenVerified.com Libel, made my background history available to the entire WWW, and aside from producing false information, they also tarnish my reputation by insinuative result postings of records from my past that are either no longer a matter of public record, records of criminal cases where I was found innocent, or records that are no longer available to the credit bureau (bankruptcy - almost 13 years ago) Internet

 I recently saw an add on tv and again online (same day - 4,5 times). They were advertising services that equate to a personal background check on an individual. The advertisement wasn't only geared toward potential employers, but this company's services are also suggested as a precautionary tool when making new friends, dating from a dating website or online application, hiring a contractor of any nature for services (babysitter, music lessons, handyman, etc.). I was curious about what this company might offer anyone who decided to search for my background information. I was very disappointed to see that not only did they have a report which advertised some correct information in addition to some non current information, but that they also advertised that they would sell me a report that had more information available. They even stated specifically what the information contained, i.e. Bankruptcys, criminal records, etc. with a number along side each category which indicated how many occurrences of each they would be able to provide in detail. I understand that certain information is a matter of public record. I also know that there is information that is available to the public on the internet, but certainly not to the degree their bait and switch operations lays out in front of ANY user who performs a free search on my name. I believe that I have damages based on the work of this internet company, and I'm am very willing to cooperate with anyone who is willing to help me get justice for not only myself, but the thousands or millions of others who are also victims in my same situation.
