Bell Honda Refused To Right A Wrong. ripoff Phoenix Arizona

Bell Honda was having a tent sale and I came and asked the salesmen to show me a car with a hitch so that i could tow a trailer that is one to three thousand pounds. He told me he had just the car for me took me to the lot and we picked out a jeep wrangler. I asked him if it had a tow hitch and he said yes we test drove it and I asked him how much of a towing capacity it had and he said it could tow the trailer to california for me. SO we went inside and started to talk numbers. I had to leave and i told him I would be back.

The next day at about 830pm I came back it was wet and raining and very windy but instead and first seeing the car which is what I wanted to do they wanted me to sign paper and work the deal so we sat back down and talked numbers once we came to a number my friend and I asked if there was a hitch on the car and the Assistant manager and the salesmen both said yes. So I agreed and bought the car. Once I go take the car home it had no hitch and after spending hours on the phone with the dealership I had to pay for the hitch myself (which is why i bought the car).

Once I got it to the u-haul place they put the jeep up on blocks and saw that the jeeps fuel tank was damaged when I called bell honda they said it isn't there problem and it was sold as is when I told him he didn't disclose that damage to me he told me that isn't his problem and was very rude to me and hung up.

SO before you go there to buy a car make sure you put it up on blocks and check it; don't believe that they do business with good faith becuase they don't. They are only out to get your money and ditch you with a car that they didn't safety check.
