I have been contacted several times over the last year through my Avon website email by what I believe is a ring of scammers.  The email address is always a person's name at yahoo.com. But the person claims to be in business. Each time the language, verbage and requests are the same.

Without prejudice, their use of the English language is the same as an Asian person who isn't fluent in English.  Also the verbage of the request is always the same: "I want to order products."   I've never done business with them as they were suspicious to me from the start because of the way they wanted to order - under the radar. They didn't use cards or order online so would send me a check after I sent them my name address and phone number.  And they would have someone pick up the order.

The first time I was contacted the person told me she had a retail shop in California and wanted to sell Avon there.  The order was substantial.  I told her that Avon didn't operate that way and if she wanted to sell Avon she needed to contact Avon and become a Representative.  Never heard from "her" again.  For months after that I received emails from different people; same MO.  I would email them back and never hear from them again, until BELLA NOVA MNGMT.     Again, they have the same verbage, etc as all the others, but have put the big business name and address out there to look legitimate.  The use of English here is getting better, but still stands out to me.
