Beltman Group Report: Beltman Group And JC Penney Atlanta, Georgia

I ordered a bedroom set from JC Penney Co on 11/26/07 and have yet to receive the full order. Some items were back ordered. The first shipment was damaged and had to be returned. The second shipment was from a company other than Beltman and I was very pleased with them. I was called about the third shipment with a delivery date of December 27th from the Beltman Group. Of course they have yet to make that delivery. I received a call from Rita to make arrangements for the fourth delivery which is scheduled for January 17th. I don't think they will come. I asked Rita about the delivery from December 27th. She was going to check and call me back the next day.

It has been 3 days and of course no telephone call. I called the office and her home number to no avail. I have contacted J C Penney, who offered me compensation for the delay and is still trying to contact the shipping company. I filed a formal complaint with J C Penney's. I asked around and there have been several people with problems from the Beltman Group. They act as though they are doing you a favor by delivering your items never mind that you are the consumer and they are getting paid. If you order from any company - ask if the Beltman Group is one of their contractors and request NOT to have your items sent to them.
