Beneficial Client Care credit card fraud dirty SOB's Baltimore Maryland

I received a call saying if you send $247 then we will send you a credit card for $2500 to help fix your credit. It took them 2 months after they took the money out my account to send me a book full of papers.

When called back to complain I was told that I was suppose to choose what bank I want to get my card through but at the sametime pay more fee. Then I was told I could receive a card for "up to" $2500. I've been told so many stories by this company and I still haven't received anything that they promised me.

But I think I've found a loop hole in their verbal contract clause they spit out on the phone.
