BENEFICIAL CLIENT CARE is a ripoff. BALTIMORE, Maryland

Beneficial Client Care, called me during the evening, and stated that they were hired by three different banks, to handle and search out new customers. They stated they were working with Capital One Visa, Providian, and Bank of America.

They stated that as one of their customers I would recieve all kinds of discounts on travel, etc. I gave them my savings account information to withdraw the $246.00 membership fee. They also stated that I would recieve an information packet within 10 working days. I scheduled the withdrawl date for September 10, and after not recieving the information packet they promised I called. The number I was given to call has been disconnected.

It wasn't until I searched for them on the internet that I discovered they are indeed a scam. I have notified my bank of the situation and was told that I need to call them the day the draft is scheduled for and have them return the draft.
