Beneficial Financial lied to me, held me captive, absorbed equity, sold my home ! Norwalk Ohio

it is hard to put what has happened to us in the past 5 years into words! my mortgage was designed to fail. with preasure from my seller father in law, and a few well thought out lies from a lender! we were in trouble from the start.
we discovered money had been hidden at the closing.

we questioned only to be run around, and around. then a letter stating that they lost our original paperwork !? we needed to resign !? being trusting people. and still thinking that as a tax payer in the greatest country in the world! i was protected from corporate greed!!

my mortgage was flipped and flopped. once it was restructured twice in the same month!? without my even knowing!? i didnt know about the restructure just 3 months earlier!?

i had managed to get at least 4 lenders over the years to agree to a real mortgage. i figured we could cut our losses and get away with something! beneficial always managed to chase them off. mostly by not cooperating with payoff info.

i discovered i had a quite large balloon payment about 3 years into all this crap! it would only appear to impress real lenders! then it was hidden away to grow at 14%+ !?

we were refused the first 8 months of our payment history. it really would have helped in my defense! i was able to get it. a month or so after the forclosure!? they sent me other peoples personal inner office paperwork. but refused mine?

i have been to a dozen lawyers. even though my entire misdealings with these crooks is documented. no understandable help was available! if i would not file bankruptcy they could not help me!?

my home sold about 2 months ago. i also lost a rental property i have owned about 15 years.

i am no longer trying to stop the abuse! i now want to warn as many as possible! i still look for the day when they are held accountable!
