Without more information I have no information on who made a telephone call to me or on what property was the call about that I am filing a rebuttal on.  I am trustee of 50 properties and been in business more than 50 years, under the name of Bennett Rental Properties.  Rental rate are $800 to $1500 with leases and deposits.  You have one negative report on me from a telephone call only. You have mixes me with 13 negative reports with a company in Mesa Arizona.

The call must have been from someone that wanted a much cheaper property than you can find in the Shandon area of Columbia, and got updet over thre prices.  Out prices are per unit, with ie., only two adults allowed in a two bedroom,  cannot rent to "young" students next door to a professor at USC for example, rent to a lot of grad students and working or retired adults.  Have many tenants that stay for a number of years, have at least two that have rented their units for over 20 years, one now being a retired USC Professor.  If a tanant messed up a property or broke a lease or attempted to sublet {which we don't allow) I can understand a conflict, but not on a phone call from someone trying to rent a property.  

I believe this negative report should be removed and request thar you do so.  AND, you should not mix me with a company in Arizona.
