I wish I had read some online reviews before signing up with Bennett Property Management.
The people at BPM were nice to deal with until after I gave them the move-in money.
After that I learned that the individuals I deal with at BPM are, in my opinion, a bunch of irresponsible, deceitful, uncooperative, and untrustworthy liars, cheaters, and thieves.
But that's just my opinion based on the way they treat me.
How did they treat me? They misrepresented the property they tried to rent to me, they would not make necessary repairs related to health and safety, and they refused to listen to reasonable requests.
I will not say for sure that they will treat new customers the same way as they treat me, but from the other reviews I have read it would appear that I may not be the first client who feels that BPM does not meet even the most basic standards of responsibility and decency.

As of this writing there is only one good rating and ten one-star ratings on those pages.
Dealing with BPM does not add up to being a good choice to make.

Dear Ben - although I know that is not your real name - you are right, this is a useless dialogue because you do not seek an actual resolution to the supposed wrongs that have been done. A genuine offer of assistance has been made to you by the owner of the company and you offer nothing back but rhetoric. So, I grant you your request. I am stopping my replies to your useless dialogue.

You wrote "I understand that you don't think we deserve the opportunity to make things right." You have no idea what I think, and it is presumptuous for you make such a claim.
I did think the company deserved the opportunity. I gave them many chances, but they failed to take advantage of the opportunities. I feel that instead they acted as if they preferred to take advantage of me. It is my opinion that the organization already demonstrated after being given multiple opportunities to make it right, that they have an inferior understanding of what it means to make it right.
Although it most likely will be fruitless to continue this dialog, I believe that someone from the organization may again make an effort to get in the last word by writing yet another rebuttal here. I also believe that whatever that person writes is likely to be an insincere and baseless appeal that will serve no purpose but to try to gain sympathy from the readers. Please stop. If the company sincerely wanted things to be made right, things would be right already.

Offer to make it right?
Bennett Property Management had multiple chances and failed. Miserably.
This "offer" is obviously just a ploy to make it appear to readers of the complaint that Bennett Property Management would be willing to do something about it. If Bennett Property Management had truly been willing to make things right, there would not have been the need for this report and so many others.
The property manager has not been helpful, and even Frank knew about it and wouldn't help.
If the property manager fails to help, and the owner of the company can't or won't help, neither can any of his underlings.
If you believe that you are above the owner of the company then you obviously hold too high an opinion of yourself, so stop playing like you are willing and able to do any good.
If Bennett Property Management provided a valuable service, people would be rushing to do business with the company.
So take my advice. Improve your business. You can start by treating people fairly.
